PURPOSE: An insurance contract service system with a portable computer is provided to enable an insurance applicant to read information related to various insurances through online. CONSTITUTION: A portable computer inputs new member registration data inputted by an insurance sales man in order to perform electronic authentication. An insurance company server performs the electronic authentication based on the new member registration data. The insurance company server provides an insurance application scheme and subscription data to a corresponding portable device. The insurance company server processes the approval or refusal of insurance subscription. A digital notary server performs digital notary for a subscription form of an insurance applicant.
