PURPOSE: A low temperature drying apparatus capable of reducing the time for drying is provided to uniformly dry all kinds of food in the low temperature compare to conventional driers. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature drying apparatus comprises the following: a drying chamber including a through-hole(13) installed on the lower center of an inclined surface(14), and covered with a mesh net; a discharging pipe(20) connected to the through-hole of the drying chamber for discharging drying objects; a warm generator(30) supplying warm air at 30-35 deg. C to the drying chamber; a motor(40) installed on the upper side of the mesh net; and a bar-shaped propeller receiving driving force of the motor. |
