PURPOSE: A frying apparatus capable of reducing the frying time is provided to reduce the amount of fat contained in fried products, and to improve the oil rotation rate. CONSTITUTION: A frying apparatus capable of reducing the frying time comprises the following: a conveyor(1) transferring food materials; an oil oven(2) storing oil, and passing the conveyor through the oil; and a pre-heating drier(3) pre-heating and drying the food materials on the conveyor by spraying heated air heated by a heater at 110-125 deg. C. The food materials are instant noodles. |
