摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polymer piezoelectric material in which piezoelectric charge constant is improved is provided to increase the content of fluorine in cellulose acetate, thereby manufacturing fluoridized cellulose acetate having high dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polymer piezoelectric material in which piezoelectric charge constant is improved comprises the following steps: forming pores in cellulose acetate; performing fluorination reaction on the cellulose acetate in which the pores are formed; and replacing the hydrogen of the cellulose acetate with fluorine by using fluorine gas. The pores are formed in the cellulose acetate by using two or more solvents which have different boiling points. The fluorine gas is used by mixing with nitrogen gas.
