The composite material for thermal and acoustic insulation, comprises a first core layer, and a second side layer. The core layer is a sheet comprising linen fibers (50-95 wt.%) and bonding agents (5-30 wt.%). The side layer: is a needled sheet comprising 5-100 wt.% of linen fibers, hemp, jute and/or plant fibers; includes bonding agents and a spraying agent; and is coated with a film and synthetic or artificial non-woven vegetable fibers. The linen fibers have an average size of 15-100 mm.
