摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of a purple bamboo salt capable of preventing gastric damage is provided to offer an abundant amount of hydrogen sulfide-forming materials. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a purple bamboo salt capable of preventing gastric damage comprises the following steps: inserting 50-80wt% of foreshore bay salt and 20-50wt% of finely sliced bamboo chips into a ceramic container; heating the ceramic container to 1,000-1,200 deg. C for 50-90 minutes; sealing the heated ceramic container until cooled to room temperature; discharging the salt from the cooled ceramic container and crushing the salt; and inserting the bamboo chips into the crushed salt before repeating the heating and cooling processes for 2-5 times.
