摘要 <p>The installation (1) comprises a frame (2), an electronic unit (3) for viewing, a laser cutting unit (4), a controlling and commanding unit contacting with the viewing unit for determining and controlling a path of cut along textile patterns, a unit for suspending and holding the textile along cutting area, a first carriage, a control unit, a pad fixed to the carriage, a suction system that is integrated and displaceable with the first carriage, a second carriage placed on the first carriage, and a unit for stretching the textile along the axis of periodicity of the textile patterns. The installation (1) comprises a frame (2), an electronic unit (3) for viewing, a laser cutting unit (4), a controlling and commanding unit contacting with the viewing unit for determining and controlling a path of cut along textile patterns, a unit for suspending and holding the textile along cutting area, a first carriage, a control unit, a pad fixed to the carriage, a suction system that is integrated and displaceable with the first carriage, a second carriage placed on the first carriage, a unit for stretching the textile along the axis of periodicity of the textile patterns, motorized drums intended for supplying and shifting the textile at the cutting area of the installation, a cradle for receiving cut part of the textile, and a unit for switching the cradle and causing the fall of the cut part of the textile on a conveyor strip. The suspending and holding unit comprises a flat support (5) oriented in a vertical plane and inclined with respect to an angle (alpha ) of 0-15[deg] , where the textile is locally pressed on the support. The carriage is displaceable with respect to the frame in a direction horizontal and parallel to a plane of the flat support, where the direction is intended to be parallel to the axis of periodicity of textile patterns. The carriage embarks the viewing unit and a part of the laser cutting unit to control a position of focus of the laser cutting along a horizontal direction. The control unit is configured for controlling the position of the focus of the laser cutting in a direction that is parallel to the plane of the flat support and perpendicular to an axis of displacement of the carriage. The pad is intended for sliding along the flat support plane and sliding under the textile by lifting the textile from flat support, and defines the position of the focus of laser cutting. The flat support is constituted by a perforated plate inclined with respect to the vertical angle of 0-15[deg] . The suction system is located on a side of the perforated plate with respect to the pad for contacting with the perforations of the plate for locally holding the textile fixed by suction on the plate. The laser cutting unit comprises lenses for focusing a laser beam on the cutting focus. The second carriage is displaceable with respect to the first carriage in the direction parallel to the plane of the flat support and perpendicular to the axis of displacement of the carriage. The position controlling unit comprises a system for guiding the laser beam loaded in the carriage. The beam guidance system comprises two movable mirrors of which each is controlled by an engine arranged for reflecting the laser beam. The stretching unit comprises: a drum intended to contact with the textile, where the axis of periodicity of the textile patterns is intended to be directed in the longitudinal direction of the drum; a first movable clamp for gripping a first end of the textile; and a second movable clamp for gripping a second end of the textile. The drum comprises a first helicoidal projection on its cylindrical wall, and a second helicoidal projection in reverse direction. The controlling and commanding unit comprises a system for pattern recognition to determine the cutting path in real time during the displacement of the carriage for implementing the steps consisting of pattern recognition, in real time, targeted by the viewing unit by comparing with a reference pattern, determination of rates of deformation by comparison of dimensions of the target pattern with the dimensions of the reference pattern and real time calculation of the cutting path associated with the target pattern by application of the deformation rate on a predetermined cutting path associated with the reference pattern. The carriage loads an anti-electrostatic device without contacting for unloading textiles.</p>
