PURPOSE: A road paved with clay using porous loess balls and a manufacturing method of a porous loess ball are provided to improve environmentally-friendly effects by improving water permeability and rigidity without cement. CONSTITUTION: A road paved with clay using porous loess balls is formed by spreading porous loess balls(100) and clay on a road. The porous loess balls are formed by mixing a biodegradable composition with loess and decomposing the degradable composition. Each porous less ball has multiple drain passages with a diameter of 100-1000 microns.
