Provided is a functional sauce for cooking meat, the sauce comprising lotus leaf and olive leaf extracts as an effective component, and a meat-processed food including the same. The functional sauce is capable of inhibiting formation of heterocyclic amines (HCAs) such as MeIQx, DiMeIQx, PhIP, etc., and mutagenicity.
