PURPOSE: An elevator device of a rotational circulating type is provided to improve boarding convenience by connecting an elevator car to a circulating path to enable rotational circulation. CONSTITUTION: An elevator device of a rotational circulating type comprises a circulating tunnel(110), an elevator car(120), side connecting parts(130), a driving unit, and a guide unit. The circulating tunnel comprises a pair of vertical tunnels and a pair of horizontal tunnels. The elevator car is connected to continuously circulate on the circulating tunnel. Multiple rollers are installed on the exterior of the elevator car. The side connecting parts are rotatably connected to both sides of the elevator car. The driving unit comprises a circulating chain, a driving motor, and a control part. The driving motor rotates a circulating chain on a shaft. The guide unit is connected to the rollers of the elevator car so that the elevator car can be circulated without shaking.
