PURPOSE: A portable foot sterilizing and cleaning device for pets is provided to rapidly remove foreign materials from the feet of a pet. CONSTITUTION: A portable foot sterilizing and cleaning device for pets comprises a body(10), a lid(30), a washing board(40), and a washing board drive device(50). In the body, a handle is formed on the outside thereof; a sealing pad is combined with the inner upper part thereof; a screw thread is formed on the upper inner surface; and a water discharge channel is formed in the lower part of the sealing pad. The lid is connected to the upper end of the body and has an assistant pipe. The washing board is installed in the center of body and is combined with a brush. The washing board drive device functions as a pump in the front of a rack gear.
