PURPOSE: A power generation device by accelerating the water is provided to stably improve the efficiency of generating electricity by coping with the changes in water flow. CONSTITUTION: A power generation device by accelerating the water comprises one or more power turbines(11), one or more generator chambers(15), a shaft(10), one or more acceleration turbines(17), a switching port(19), a switching plate(41), a rotation detecting sensor, an electric controller, a water collection block(20), fixed piles(21), coupling brackets(24), a support truss(23), and a control pump. The support truss is installed in between the water collection blocks. The control pump brings the water into the power generation device, or discharges the water to control buoyancy. The power turbines are rotated by generating a vortex in the water. Electricity is generated while the power generation device is operated using the rotary force generated from the power turbines.
