PURPOSE: A manipulator is provided to position an object at a desirable position and time as a rotary shaft is stopped without the force of inertia. CONSTITUTION: A manipulator comprises rotary units(20,30,40,60). Each rotary unit comprises first and second motors(M1,M2). The rotary shaft(11) of the first motor is connected to an object, and the first motor supplies rotary force in a forward direction. The rotary shaft(21) of the second motor is connected to the stator of the first motor or a case(12), and the second motor rotates the stator or the case in forward and reverse directions.
