摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control operation for minimizing the consumption power of the entire cold heat source device of a refrigerator series type according to a cooling load and outer air. <P>SOLUTION: The operation control system for a cold heat source device includes: an acquisition means for acquiring an outer air wet-bulb temperature, a freezing load ratio and a cold-water flow rate ratio; a simulator 24 for simulating the optimum load distribution ratio for maximizing the entire COP of the cold heat source device while making the flow rate ratio of the cooling water pumps 4, 5 of refrigerators 1, 2 and the air volume ratio of cooling tower fans 21a, 21b arbitrary constants and also making the load distribution ratio of refrigerators 1, 2 constants, and for simulating the optimum flow rate ratio and the optimum air volume ratio for maximizing the COP of the entire cold heat source device while making the optimum load distribution ratio constant and also making the flow rate ratio and the air volume ratio constant; and a control means 23 for controlling the cold-water pump 3 of the refrigerators 1, 2, controlling the outlet port cold-water temperature of the refrigerators 1, 2 and controlling the cooling water pumps 4, 5 of cooling towers 6, 7 and the cooling tower fans 21a, 21b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
