PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for effectively enhancing the quality and productivity of a target ferrite composite sheet by advantageously manufacturing a grooved green sheet which is durable to handling even when a ferrite green sheet is made thin.
SOLUTION: A groove molding tool which has a plurality of first triangularly sectioned protrusions and a plurality of second protrusions arranged in a lattice shape such that at least one kind of protrusions are discontinuous at intersections of these two kinds of protrusions is pressed against a ferrite green sheet having a predetermined thickness so as to form grooves in a non-crossing lattice shape corresponding to these two kinds of protrusions. After the obtained grooves ferrite green sheet is baked, a flexible support sheet is stuck on at least one surface and the sintered ferrite sheet is broken to obtain the ferrite composite sheet stuck on the support sheet such that many rectangular plane ferrite small pieces are mutually separate and independent.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
