<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel application of an immunoglobulin Fc region, more specifically, a pharmaceutical composition including the immunoglobulin Fc region as a carrier. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition including the immunoglobulin Fc region as a carrier of a drug greatly increases a half-life of the coupled drug in blood while maintaining comparatively high in-vivo activity of the coupled drug. When the drug is a polypeptide drug, risk of immunoreactivity induction is reduced in comparison with a fusion protein of the immunoglobulin Fc region and a target protein.
