<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an earthquake resistant structure of a multiple dwelling house in which earthquake resistance of the multiple dwelling house is improved and a degree of freedom in the room layout of a living space can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: In a multiple dwelling house, a pair of T-shaped earthquake resistant walls 10 and 10 are disposed on a boundary of neighboring houses 2 and 2. Each of the T-shaped earthquake resistant walls 10 is T-shaped in a plane view from a first wall 11 which is formed along the house boundary and a second wall 12 formed in one end portion of the first wall 11 orthogonally with the first wall 11. The pair of T-shaped earthquake resistant walls 10 and 10 are disposed in such a manner that the second walls 12 are confronted with each other with a predetermined clearance interposed therebetween in the center of the house boundary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
