<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a system performing communication to a predefined server from a use terminal, communication contents may leak to the outside by an information interception program installed in the use terminal or an information interception program in an external terminal connected to the use terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A communication program in a use terminal checks if another program is installed in the use terminal or if there is connection to an external terminal when performing communication, and does not perform communication to a predefined server if an unauthorized program is installed or the connection to the external terminal is recognized.
