<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel sound control and insulation structure capable of efficiently generating thermoelectric power utilizing heat generated by a noise source by means of a simple structure that utilizes a structure for reducing sound generated by a sound source and requires a small number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: In the sound control and insulation structure 10 attached to a noise source 12 generating sound and heat, a sound control and insulation material 16 is a porous material having elasticity, the sound control and insulation material 16 is configured to be lapped over a the noise source 12 with a thermoelectric element 40 disposed on the surface on which the sound control and insulation material 16 is lapped over the noise source 12, and thus the thermoelectric element 40 can be elastically pressed on the noise source 12 on the basis of the elasticity of the sound control and insulation material 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
