<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical equipment enabling an agent sustained release for a long period and avoidance of excessive drug release, which can hardly cause an inflammatory response, fibrotic response, etc even if the agent sustained release member stays in vivo for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The agent sustained release member 1 includes a first layer 10 consisting of a mixture of a biocompatibility substrate 2 and an agent 3, and a second layer 20 consisting of the same mixture as in the first layer, but the density of the agent 3 is lower than in the first layer 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
