<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker which is user-friendly and suitable for making bread with grains as a starting ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker 1 includes: a body 10 that accommodates a bread container 70 for receiving a bread material; a motor 60 that is provided within the body 10, and gives rotative force to a rotary shaft 72 in the bread container 70; a current detection means 111c that detects the magnitude of current given to the motor 60; and a control means 110 that exercises control of manufacturing the bread according to the current values obtained from the current detection means 111c. The control means 110 exercises predetermined conversion processing of the current values obtained with predetermined timing in a first step wherein the motor 60 is driven for manufacturing the bread, and sequentially integrates obtained converted-values in order to acquire an integrated value, so that the first step is forcibly terminated when the integrated value exceeds a predetermined threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
