OCB LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND OCB LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

An OCB liquid crystal panel, a manufacturing method thereof and an OCB liquid crystal display are provided. The manufacturing method comprises: arrangement step S1, a plurality of TFT substrates (10) and a plurality of CF substrates (20) on which photo alignment materials (103, 203) are coated are alternately arranged; light irradiation step S2, the TFT substrates (10) and the CF substrates (20) are irradiated by an UV light source, so that the photo alignment materials (103, 203) on the TFT substrates (10) and the CF substrates (20) are form into alignment films (301, 302) with predetermined alignment directions; bonding step S3, the TFT substrates (10) are bonded to the adjacent CF substrates (20), the alignment directions of the TFT substrates (10) and the corresponding CF substrates (20) are the same after bonding, and OCB liquid crystal layers (40) are filled between the TFT substrates (10) and the CF substrates (20) to form a plurality of OCB liquid crystal panels. The method photo aligns TFT substrates (10) and the CF substrates (20) without contact, has a high efficiency by irradiating once, and is easy in batch process.
