The valve head (1) has locking lever (5) that is provided transversely perpendicular to pressure lever (3). The locking lever is engaged under pressure lever, to prevent pivotal movement in release position. A sealing pin (7) is placed in a stationary guide (8) and inserted in side walls (9), such that pivotal movement of locking lever by forcible retraction of locking lever is canceled or sheared.
