摘要 <p>An airflow atomization dyeing machine system and a water-utilization method therefor. A partition (24) is disposed in the middle of a vat (4) of the airflow atomization dyeing machine. The partition (24) divides the vat (4) into two parts. A connection valve II (18) is disposed on the bottom portion of the vat (4), below the partition (24), and is in communication with the two sides of the vat (4). A connection valve IV (23) is disposed in the middle of the main connection tube of the spray nozzle (27). The left end of the main connection tube of the spray nozzle (27) is coupled, by means of a connecting valve III (22), to a matching ancillary pump (20) disposed on the left side of the vat (4). A connection valve I (17) is disposed between the other end of the ancillary pump (20) and a discharge valve (16) disposed on the bottom portion of the vat (4) on the right side of the partition (24). A discharge valve II (19) is disposed on the bottom portion of the vat (4) on the left side of the partition (24). The present invention conserves water resources and enhances work efficiency. The system and the water-utilization method therefor can be used in two-, four-, six-, or eight-tube dyeing machines. The invention reduces waste water discharge and increases water utilization without affecting the dye quality, and reduces production costs.</p>
