<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate ceramic multilayer substrate which is prone to be warped, but advantageous in reduction in size, and which offers solutions to the problem of suppressing a warp in baking, and the problem of having a corrosion resistance against a plating solution, and a method of manufacturing the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic multilayer substrate comprises first and second insulator layers, both including an inorganic filler and crystallized glass, and a wiring line therein. The first and second insulator layers are stacked so that the first layer makes an outermost layer, and the second insulator layer makes an interior layer. The crystallized glass of the first insulator layer has a degree of crystallization of 90% or more, and the crystallized glass of the second insulator layer has a degree of crystallization of 75% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
