PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information in association with an intersection link, while effectively reducing communication traffic.

SOLUTION: The radio communication device for transmitting inter-intersection information includes transmission means that transmits the inter-intersection information together with a position of a terminal represented by absolute coordinates and positions of information start and end intersections represented by relative coordinates to the position of the terminal. Multiple pieces of information for the same end (or start) intersection are collectively transmitted. It is also preferable to transmit the position of only one end (or start) intersection and the position of the start (or end) intersection corresponding to each information.
