<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer of construction machinery, which can improve workability of disassembly/assembly. <P>SOLUTION: A spacer 26 of construction machinery is interposed in a pin shaft coupling part that couples a support plate provided for a boom, an arm, a bucket and the like constituting an attachment of the construction machinery, and a base end of a hydraulic cylinder for driving the boom, the arm, the bucket and the like or a leading end of a piston rod, by means of a pin shaft 20.
