TUBULAR ELEMENTARY LED ENCAPSULATION STRUCTURE AND ILLUMINATION DEVICE WITH THE SAME

Disclosed are a tubular elementary LED encapsulation structure and an illumination device with the same. The tubular elementary LED encapsulation structure comprises a substrate (10(10')), one or more LED microcrystalline chips (2), a heat sink portion (5), a light-transmitting cap (3), and nitrogen or inert gas filling in a sealing space (6) of the tubular elementary LED encapsulation structure. The substrate (10(10')) has a plurality of air holes (h), wherein the first and second sides of the substrate (10(10')) are connected via the air holes (h). One or more LED microcrystalline chips (2) are arranged on the surface of the first side of the substrate (10(10')). The heat sink portion (5) is in contact with the second side of the substrate (10(10')). The edge of the light-transmitting cap (3) is connected with the edge of the substrate (10(10')) or/and the heat sink portion (5), thus the sealing space (6) of the tubular elementary LED encapsulation structure is formed. A convection system from the heat sink portion (5) to the light-transmitting cap (3) is formed by the sealing space (6) together with the nitrogen or inert gas.
