Provided are a tubular flame burner having high combustion stability, and a radiant tube heater mounting said tubular flame burner. This tubular flame burner (10) comprises adjacent first and second slit nozzles (12, 13) which, provided on the outer circumference of a tubular combustion chamber (11), separately supply a combustion gas (a) and an oxygen-containing gas (b). The first and second slit nozzles (12, 13) are provided in same position in the length direction of the combustion chamber (11); the first slit nozzle (12) is arranged facing the tangential direction of the inner circumferential surface of the combustion chamber (11), and the second slit nozzle (13) is arranged parallel to the aforementioned tangential direction. This radiant tube heater (20, 41, 42, 43) utilizes said tubular flame burner (10). |
