<p>Provided is a vehicle display device capable of displaying with good visibility a selected travel mode and a travel power in a hybrid vehicle. The vehicle display device (90) displays in graphic form the travel status determined by the size of the travel power (Xpwr) and the selected travel mode, within a display screen (96) having two-dimensional coordinate positions determined by the size of the travel power (Xpwr) and the selected travel mode. Accordingly, the vehicle display device (90) is capable of graphically displaying the selected travel mode without being constrained by changes in the travel power (Xpwr) and while continuing to graphically display the size of the travel power (Xpwr), because the travel status is displayed in a two-dimensional coordinate system having the travel power (Xpwr) and the travel mode as the parameters thereof. As a result, the vehicle display device (90) is capable of displaying with good visibility the selected travel mode and the size of the travel power (Xpwr), to a user.</p> |
