<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchanger protection structure which prevents the damage of a heat-exchanger when the vehicle crash, and reduces variation in support stiffness for the heat-exchanger to surely support the heat-exchanger while its manufacturing cost and repair cost is kept low. <P>SOLUTION: A heat-exchanger attachment pin 3 configured to be an independent body from a heat-exchanger unit 1 is attached to the heat-exchanger.
