<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and efficiently collect sales management data from an individual tenant shop and improve a speed and efficiency in sales management work at the tenant. <P>SOLUTION: For a recognition character read from a receipt image, a receipt data extraction part 141 extracts a recognition character matching a character string of an item name registered in definition data different for each shop; a same-name determination part 140 obtains a position of a recognition character matching an anchor character or plural keywords, both of which are registered in the definition data, if an item name corresponding to the extracted recognition character is defined, in the definition data, that another character string having the same item name exists in the receipt; a receipt data identification part 144 extracts a recognition character representing a money-amount item using that position and the position of the extracted recognition characters; and a sale management data generation part 15 outputs, or stores, data of the recognition result based on a recognition character matching the item name and a recognition character representing the money-amount item. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
