<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prostatic massage tool which has a flexible surface property similar to silicone, and is scentless, sanitary, and low-price. <P>SOLUTION: In an insertion part 2 of a prostatic massage tool 1, the surface of a resin molded body 5 made of a polycarbonate resin is covered with a surface coating layer 6, and the surface coating layer 6 is a coating layer of a double-layer structure that includes a base layer 7 consisting of a two liquid curing type acrylic polyurethane resin coating and an a finishing layer 8 consisting of a two liquid curing type polyurethane resin coating. The finishing layer 8 has a flexible and good feeling surface property similar to silicone. Moreover, an antibacterial agent and an antistatic agent are added to the finishing layer 8, so that dust and dirt does not adhere to the finishing layer. Thus the finishing layer does not become dirty, does not become in an insanitary condition in which E. coli or the like breeds, and does not give a discomfort feeling to a patient because it is scentless.
