<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give precise and detailed advice to a driver by evaluating driving operations (driving manner) of the driver with a simple component. <P>SOLUTION: Items "S", "A", "B", "C" for respective ranks are set in a row axis of a comment matrix table in response to a fuel cost ratio SctFc(t)/StdFc(t) between a sectional fuel cost SctFc (t) and a standard fuel cost StdFc(t), and items corresponding to the combination of respective evaluations in an acceleration phase, a cruising phase, and a deceleration phase during section traveling are set in a column axis. An evaluation comment corresponding to the driving operation of the driver and the fuel cost ratio is stored in the cell specified by the row axis and the column axis. When the driver ends the driving by stopping an engine, the evaluation comment stored in the cell specified by the row axis and the column axis of the comment matrix table is extracted, and displayed on a monitor 3 (S81 to S83). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
