PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting coil apparatus that comprises a container capable of improving sealability, and to provide a superconducting apparatus using the superconducting coil apparatus.

SOLUTION: A superconducting coil apparatus comprises: a superconducting coil 10; an inner-tank container 50 internally holding the superconducting coil 10; and an outer-tank container 60. The inner-tank container 50 and the outer-tank container 60 are made of FRP. Each sealing and reinforcing part 2 made of resin is formed along each corner 71 at each corner 71 of the inner-tank container 50 and the outer-tank container 60. Each opening 53, 63 are formed in each side face of the inner-tank container 50 and the outer-tank container 60. Preferably, each sealing and reinforcing part 2 is arranged at each corner 71 of each opening 53, 63.
