<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment device in which linearity adjustment of a long body is taken into account. <P>SOLUTION: This adjustment device (18) adjusting linearity of a long body (15a) includes: the long body (15a) that is long in a first predetermined direction (X) and is attached to a base (51) in contact with a plurality of places in the first predetermined direction; a moving body (14) moving by being guided by the long body; an angular velocity sensor (34) provided at the moving body; an information processing part 39 performing information processing while associating information on posture variation of the angular velocity sensor (34) when the angular velocity sensor is moved with the moving body (14) with the position of the angular velocity sensor (34) during the movement in the long body (15a); and an adjustment means (41) capable of adjusting the linearity of the long body (15a) while applying force to the long body (15a) in a direction crossing the first predetermined direction (X) in at least some of the plurality of places. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
