<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable clean mist to be produced, further to enable mist formed of uniform and minute particles to be produced and to be sprayed to a desired direction. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary plate 5 rotating at high speed is provided, a liquid ejection port 13 is provided at a center part of the rotary plate 5 and a propeller 9 for sending air to an outer circumferential edge of the rotary plate 5 is provided at a lower surface of the rotary plate 5 and an annular guide hood 10 for covering the outer circumferential edge of the rotary plate 5 with a space to the outer circumferential edge is provided. Liquid is supplied from the liquid ejection port 13 onto the rotary plate 5 and the liquid is spread on the rotary plate 5 to reach the outer circumferential edge as a liquid film, the liquid film is discharged in air by centrifugal force of the rotary plate 5 and its surface tension and fine fission proceeds to form a lot of uniform particles. Further the air is blown from a gap between the guide hood 10 and the rotary plate 5 to the outer circumferential edge of the rotary plate 5 and the air guides mist produced as a lot of particulates by pulverization to an opening of the guide hood 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
