Provided is an interactive service proxy method, including: a proxy device receiving an interactive service request message carrying the same service identifier sent from at least two clients; the proxy device obtaining the stored interactive data from an interactive service platform corresponding to the service identifier; the proxy device performing adaption on the obtained interactive data respectively according to the configuration information about each client of the at least two clients, and obtaining the interactive subdata regarding each client; and the proxy device respectively sending the obtained interactive subdata to the corresponding clients. Also provided is an interactive service proxy device. The technical solution according to the present invention is used for decreasing the running load of the interactive service platform and improving the quality of service of the interactive service platform.
