PURPOSE: A laser heat-treatment apparatus for a crankshaft is provided to minimize crack on a crank shaft pin and a journal by obtaining hard surfaces through rapid cooling. CONSTITUTION: A laser heat-treatment apparatus for a crankshaft comprises a pair of spindles(20), a rotation driving unit(30) which is installed in the spindles, an eccentric transfer and rotating unit(40) which includes a rotary shaft installed in each spindle and is rotated by the torque of the rotation driving unit, a jig which is transferred in an eccentric direction to the rotary shaft in the eccentric transfer and rotating unit, and a laser projection unit(60) which includes an optical system(65) focusing a laser beam on crank shaft pins(12,13) or a journal(14) of a crank shaft. |
