PURPOSE: A train lower part checking device and method are provided to consecutively detect a structure by installing a sensor for detecting a separation state of the structure or a hanging state of the separated structure. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(110) is installed on a line(220). The sensor senses the lower part of a train(210). A train display part is arranged inside an engine room of the train. A situation room display part is arranged inside a situation room which handles operation of the train. A determination part determines whether a signal sensed in the sensor is a normal signal or an error signal. The situation room display part receives the normal signal or the error signal from the determination part and indicates the normal signal or the error signal. |
