<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system capable of heating and cooling a hydrogen tank simply, and a hot-water supply system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel battery system comprises a fuel battery hydrogen tank integrated unit 110. The fuel battery hydrogen tank integrated unit 110 includes a fuel battery module 150 and a hydrogen tank 140. Heat generated from the fuel battery module 150 when the module is generating power is conducted to a hydrogen tank 140 through a first heat medium layer 183, a first air layer 192, and a second heat medium layer 185. The hydrogen tank 140 having a hydrogen storage material discharges hydrogen by the heat conducted from the fuel battery module 150 and the fuel battery module 150 uses the discharged hydrogen to generate power. A first hollow member 174 is mounted with a first vacuum degree adjustment device 196 for adjusting an amount of air contained in the first air layer 192 so as to adjust thermal-conductivity of the air layer 192 by adjustment of a vacuum degree.
