<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce using quantity of fed nutrient solution and water in a plant cultivating device. <P>SOLUTION: The plant cultivating device has a controller having a mist supplying unit spraying the nutrient solution as the mist having an average particle size of 10 μm or less in a measured value by a laser method into a hollow cultivating box into which root parts of the cultivated plants hang down and substantially filling the inside of the cultivating box with the same and setting spraying mist quantity and supplying the same such that a humidity in the cultivating box becomes a near saturated condition according to the volume of the cultivating box based on the data preliminarily measuring the mist spraying quantity and flowing speed of the mist, the volume of the cultivating box, the humidity in the cultivating box. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
