CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD OF SEAWATER DESALINATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a seawater desalination system that requires lower operation cost and can stably obtain fresh water by controlling a pretreatment to reduce fouling of a semipermeable membrane corresponding to the amount of a fouling component contained in seawater or brine water.

SOLUTION: A control device of the seawater desalination system includes: a semipermeable membrane treatment device which desalinates the seawater or brine water by the semipermeable membrane; a pretreatment device which is disposed before the semipermeable membrane treatment device and pretreats the seawater or brine water supplied to the semipermeable membrane treatment device; a pretreatment water polysaccharide measurement means which measures the concentration of polysaccharides contained in the treated water treated in the pretreatment device; and a control means which calculates an operation amount of the pretreatment device to output a control signal to the pretreatment device based on the pretreatment water polysaccharide concentration measured value by the pretreatment water polysaccharide measurement means and a target signal given beforehand.
