<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a psychosomatic state recovery promotion device, capable of letting a subject know that the psychosomatic state of the subject is deteriorated, and a treatment for recovering the psychosomatic state is needed, and a psychosomatic state recovery system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The psychosomatic state recovery system comprises: the psychosomatic state recovery promotion device 1 for recovering the psychosomatic state of the subject, and a stimulation device 3 for stimulating the subject. In the psychosomatic state recovery promotion device 1, a detection unit 4 detects psychosomatic information continuously in an unconstrained manner. A feature extraction unit 52 extracts a feature amount from the psychosomatic information. An identification unit 53 identifies, according to a condition for the feature amount, whether or not the psychosomatic state has deteriorated. A determination unit 55 determines a coping method that indicates the contents of control of the stimulation device 3 in order to recover the psychosomatic state using the stimulation device 3 when the psychosomatic state is identified as having deteriorated.
