<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water receiving tank that can easily recognize a discharge time for the water receiving tank while reducing the work load of a user, and to provide a cabinet having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The water receiving tank 20 for housing a shower hose 13 and receiving water flowing along the outer surface of the shower hose 13 includes a tank body 21 housing the shower hose 13 inside thereof and a water leakage detection member 40 that changes color tones by being wet with water.
