<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store visit session management system which substantially accurately recognizes that a user visits a store, and provides various services for the user while the user stays in the store. <P>SOLUTION: The store visit session management system includes: a store visit information processing unit which acquires store visit information including at least user identification information and reader identification information from a user terminal that the user carries and a reader installed in the store through contact or contactless communication between the reader and user terminal, and calculates store visit session end time of the user on the basis of the acquired store visit information; a coordination information storage unit which stores information indicating to which computer a part or the whole of the store visit information is to be sent; and a coordination processing unit which determines to which computer a part or the whole of the acquired store visit information is to be sent by referring to the coordination information storage unit, and sends a part or the whole of the acquired store visit information to the determined computer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
