<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for electrophoresing nucleic acids, which is capable of highly efficiently concentrating and purifying the nucleic acids in short time by simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for electrophoresing the nucleic acids comprises a procedure of mixing a sample containing nucleic acids, a compound having a functional group which performs dehydration condensation reaction with a carboxy group in a substance contained in the sample, and a condensation agent for the dehydration condensation reaction so as to electrophorese the nucleic acids. In this method for electrophoresing the nucleic acids, the nucleic acids and the substance can be stably separated by the electrophoresis by subjecting the carboxy groups in the substance contained in the sample to the dehydration condensation reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
