摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of controlling control execution timing in synchronization with the rotation of an internal combustion engine with a relatively simple structure without increasing a load on an arithmetic unit. <P>SOLUTION: A CRK pulse (period of six degrees) generated in synchronization with the rotation of a crankshaft of an engine is input to a CPU 13, and the CPU 13 outputs a PWM signal having a 1/10 period to a terminal 21 in synchronization with the CRK pulse. The PWM signal is supplied to a sub clock input terminal 22 of the CPU 13, and is used as a sub clock CLS for controlling the execution timing of fuel injection and ignition. The period of the sub clock CLS is updated each time when the CRK pulse is generated, and the variation of an engine rotation speed is reflected on the period of the sub clock CLS.
