Meanwhile, an engine ECU 88 compares the reduced amount of power in the case where the air flow into the vehicle interior from the air conditioner 10 becomes lower by changing the air flow from the standard setting, with power consumption of a cooling fan 64 that cools engine cooling water under engine load when the air flow is low.
