LOW-TOXIC 3-PYRAZOLE CARBOXYLIC ACID AMIDES, PREPARATION METHODS AND USES THEREOF IN MANUFACTURE OF MEDICINES AS CB1 RECEPTOR INHIBITORS

3-pyrazole carboxylic acid amides, the preparation methods and the uses thereof in manufacture of the medicines as cannabinoid-1(CB1) receptor inhibitors are disclosed. The chemical structures of 3-pyrazole carboxylic acid amides are shown as the general formula (I) , wherein R1 is shown as formula (II): . The compounds have equivalent CB1 receptor inhibiting activity in vitro with Rimonabant, and remarkably reduced toxicity. The compounds can be used in manufacture of the medicines for detoxification, smoking cessation, weight reducing, and/or treatment of diabetes etc.
